HeliosPaint is a photo retouching program that`s free and multiplatform, created with Sun Microsystem`s Java programming language.

It comes with a large number of tools and characteristics, like for example: a pencil to edit pixels, lines to draw by hand, a moulding tool to create polygons, stars, moons and hearts by hand, possibly include text and configure the font, the style, the underlining and rotation, options to rotate the image, add effects, change to grey, add filters, detect the size, etc.
